Funeral services for Classie Lee Stevenson will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 in the Chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Cary Community Cemetery. There will be a visitation hour from 5 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19 in the Chapel.

Classie Lee Stevenson passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7 in the Ashton Place Care and Rehab of Memphis, Tenn. She was 85. She was a homemaker and member of the Mt Given’s M. B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Grant Wilson; her mother, Mary Jane Elizabeth Davis; her husband, Earl Stevenson; her son, Robert Lee Stevenson; her daughter, Dorothy Ann Stevenson; and a granddaughter.

She is survived by her daughter, Early Brown of Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and other friends and relatives.
