Eleanor Puckett Phelps

Eleanor Puckett Phelps passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016. She was 76.

She is survived by her daughter, Dana Puckett; Keith Evans; Mary Beth Bradford; David Bradford; four granddaughters; one great granddaughter; and two brothers, Jessie and John Lee.

In addition to her husband Floyd Phelps, she was preceded in death by her parents, Annie and Victor Lee; and brothers, Jimmy Lee and Roscoe Lee. Eleanor was a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing class of 1960 and worked for Dr. James Kiely and Dr. J. R. Shell.

Visitation will be at Glenwood Funeral Home Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, between 10 a.m. to noon with graveside services at noon at Green Lawn Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Keith Evans, Michael Lee, Johnny Lee, James Lee, David Bradford and Bill Mobley. Memorials can be made to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital.
