Memorial services for Frances Marie Taylor will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, at W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Hunt officiating.

Ms. Taylor died Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at her home. She was 72, and a retired chef.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Rosie Sylvester Sr.

Survivors include her sons, Aaron Sylvester and Tony Sylvester both of Houston, Texas; daughter, Kimberly Hunt of Vicksburg; five brothers, Add Sylvester of Flint, Mich., Jesse Sylvester and Issac Sylvester, both of Vicksburg, James Sylvester of Jackson, Tenn., and Paul Sylvester of Shreveport, La.; five sisters, Dorothy Ford of San Francisco, Adele Lindsey, Christine McCormick and Delores DeFrance, all of Vicksburg, and Marilyn Butler of Florida; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
