Warren Central’s tennis team won four of the five doubles points Monday to beat Germantown 5-2 and earn its first win of the season.

Alexa Jeffers and Olivia White won in No. 2 girls doubles 6-4, 6-1. In boys doubles, Matthew Register and William Wooten won the No. 1 point 7-6, 6-2 while Brent Styles and Asher Carson won the No. 2 point 6-1, 6-1. George Wilkerson and Amanda Boleware won 6-1, 6-0 in mixed doubles.

The Vikings’ other point came in girls singles, where Lauren Davis beat Melann Bender 6-3, 5-7, 12-10.
