Funeral services for Mary Elizabeth Bryant Plump will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2016, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Malcolm O’Leary officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

There will be a Rosary Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Plump died Tuesday, april 5, 2016, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. She was 61.  She worked as the head cashier for the County Market Grocery Store and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, where she was in the Women’s Solidarity Club.  She was also a member of the Order of The Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her father Albert Brown Sr.; and mother, Fannie Reed Richardson.

Survivors include her husband, Archie Plump of Vicksburg; daughter, Gabrielle Bryant Aziz of Niceville, Fla.; brother, Earnest Richardson of Vicksburg; sister, Ruthie Richardson of Vicksburg; three grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
