Ethel L. McGrew of Vicksburg died Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at her home. She was 64.

Mrs. McGrew was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Scott; husband, Julius McGrew; a son, Lee Andrew McGrew; and two sisters, Joann Willis and Faye Taylor.

Survivors include her mother, Emma Taylor of Marrero, La.; two daughters, Carla Chaney of Marrero and Sandra Barnes of Vicksburg; a son, Anthony Taylor of Marrero; grandson Michael McGrew; two sisters, Delores Scott of Marrero and Barbara Taylor of New York; a brother, Donald Charles Williams of Gretna, La.; one uncle; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral service is 11a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Jesus is Lord Evangelistic Ministries in Gretna, with pastor Donald Charles Williams officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Marrero under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. of Port Gibson.

Visitation is Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
