JACKSON — William Q. Rainey died May 7, 2016, in Houston, Texas. He was 90.

He was born Jan. 6, 1926, in Vicksburg and was married to Fannie Katherine Hayden Rainey for 39 years.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday May 17, 2016, at College Hill M. B. Church in Jackson.
