Jamarcus Carter, 19, pleaded guilty to armed robbery and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to eight years to serve followed by five years probation, $2,000 fine, $200 restitution and $384.50 in costs.
Deaundre Trisby, 17, pleaded guilty to drive by shooting and attempted business burglary and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to five years to serve followed by five years probation, $2,000 fine, $600 restitution and $1,269 in costs.
Tiron Williams, 20, pleaded guilty to drive by shooting and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to three years to serve followed by five years probation, $1,000 fine and $884.50 in costs.
John Phillip Hart, 28, violated the terms of his probation and had his suspended sentence for grand larceny revoked. Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney has now sentenced Hart to three years to serve including long-term alcohol and drug treatment followed by completion of a restitution center until the outstanding balance and fees of $7,139.50 is paid and then one year probation.
Charles Murray Nelson, 34, pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon after felony conviction and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to two years to serve followed by five years probation, $1,500 fine and $384.50 in costs.
Willie Lee Neal, 68, pleaded guilty to DUI third offence and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to one year to serve in the Mississippi Department of Corrections Intensive Supervision Program followed by two years probation, $2,000 fine and $584.50 in costs.
Sharon Denise Baker, 51, pleaded guilty to public assistance fraud and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to 84 days to serve followed by completion of a restitution center and probation for the remainder of the sentence, $10,581 in restitution and $384.50 in costs.
Larry Donnell Henderson, 43, violated the terms of his probation and had his non-adjudicated sentence for forgery-counterfeit instrument revoked.
Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney has now sentenced Henderson to three years probation.
