Bobbie Jean “Mammy” Mason

Bobbie Jean “Mammy” Mason was called home to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 5, 2016. She was 81.
Bobbie Jean was born on June 20, 1934, and was a true prayer warrior and beloved mother, sister, aunt and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Elma Wilkerson Leach; six brothers, Stanley, Willie D., Mac, J.D., Larry and Levell Leach; and three grandchildren, Sherri T. Comans, Daniel Thurston Comans and Donald L. “Mac” Comans.
She is survived by her three sons, James (Katina “Gidget”) Comans, Martis L. “Bubba” (Stacy) Comans and Ralph Comans, all of Vicksburg; her daughter, Sue (Van) Stewart of Vicksburg; her sister, Bernadine (Johnny) Kight of Tennessee; her brothers, Willard (Helen) Leach of Richland and Gerald Leach of Arkansas; 28 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Glenwood Funeral Home with pastor Doyle Moulder officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. until the hour of the service.
Interment will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons Edwin Stewart, Billy Wayne Comans, R.W. Comans, Timothy Comans, Marty Comans, Bobby T. Comans and Tyler Comans.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons Jason Stewart, Shannon Warnock Comans James “Mann” Comans and Bobby Comans.
