A Vicksburg man accused of illegally entering a home with the intent to commit a crime was free on bail Friday.

Jonathan Thomas, 19, 322 Northridge Drive, was arrested Friday and charged with residential burglary, according to Warren County jail records.

Gun missing from vehicle 

A firearm was missing Tuesday following a burglary reported Monday in Warren County.

Around 7 p.m. Monday, a Hi-Point .40 caliber pistol was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 100 block of Mississippi Highway 27, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.

Electronics stolen from vehicle

Two tablets and a screen were missing Monday following a burglary reported Saturday in Vicksburg.

At 8 a.m. Saturday, a DVD screen and two iPads valued at $1,100 were reported stolen by forced entry into a 2011 Ford F150 parked at the Vicksburg Inn and Suites 3332 Clay St, Vicksburg police Capt. Sandra Williams said.
