Man arrested on warrant

A Warren County man wanted on an outstanding out of state warrant was held without bail Thursday.
Tobias Wilson, 22, 25 Red Oak Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a possession charge out of Escambia County, Florida, according to Warren County jail records.
