Bud Light Scramble
Clear Creek Golf Course will host the annual Bud Light 2-Man Scramble on June 18 and 19. The entry fee for the tournament is $250 per team and includes mulligans, green and cart fees, lunches, a practice round and drinks.
A top prize of $600 in pro shop credit will be awarded to the winning team in each flight, and there are also prizes for second through fourth places as well as for closest to the hole and longest drive.

Junior golf camp
Clear Creek Golf Course will host its annual Junior Golf Camp June 27-30, from 9 to 11 a.m. each day. The camp is for children 18 and under, and the cost is $80 per golfer. There will be instruction each day, prizes, a golf tournament and a pizza party. To register, visit the Clear Creek clubhouse or call 601-638-9395.
WC golf tournament
The Warren Central Touchdown Club will host the Viking Classic Golf Tournament on June 22 at Clear Creek Golf Course. The tournament will begin with lunch and sign-in at 11:30 a.m., and golfing will begin at 1 p.m. The entry fee is $75 for individual players or $300 for a four-person team. Hole and corporate sponsorships are also available. All proceeds benefit the Warren Central Touchdown Club, a booster group for the school’s football program.

Clear Creek Championship
The Clear Creek Club Championship will be held June 25 and 26 at Clear Creek Golf Couse. The tournament is open to golfers with a Clear Creek membership, and will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day. Summer tennis lessons
The City of Vicksburg is offering free tennis lessons for children ages 5-18, each weekday this summer at the Halls Ferry Park courts. The lessons will go from 8 to 10 a.m. each day, and 5 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays. There will also be a junior team tennis session from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Play 2 Wynn basketball
The 14th annual Play 2 Wynn Basketball Camp is scheduled for June 20-24 at Vicksburg High School. The camp is for boys and girls ages 6-17, and the registration is $100. It will be under the direction of Donna Brown-Wynn, a Vicksburg native who played and coached at Mississippi State and Belmont University.
