Three blocks of downtown Vicksburg were blocked off during the lunch hour as law enforcement departments investigated bomb threats called into 9-1-1 on City Hall, the Vicksburg Police Department and the Warren County Court House. The police department, City Hall and the court house have been cleared, according to Vicksburg Police police Lt. Troy Kimble.
