Reynolds, Miller exchange vows

Kory Leigh Miller and Cody Dale Reynolds, both of Rolling Fork, were married at 6:30 p.m. June, 4, 2016, at Calvary Baptist Church in Vicksburg.

The bride is the daughter of Shane and Renee’ Miller of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of James “Sarge” and Shirley Miller of Rolling Fork and Frank and Billie Kowen of Vicksburg.

The groom is the son of Barry and Maleah Reynolds of Indianola. He is the grandson of Jimmy and Teresa Reynolds of Indianola and the late Donald and Billielu Davis.

The Rev. Brian Ivey officiated the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father and mother, Shane and Renee’ Miller, and her chosen colors were dusty blue, peach and cream.

Laura Patterson of Anguilla provided music for the ceremony.  Julie Blume Lee of Vicksburg served as the wedding director. Klaire Ashton Miller of Starkville served as maid of honor and Mallory Branning Edwards of Hollandale served as the matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Amanda Moran LeBatard of Biloxi, Shelbi Mae Ann Conerly of Port Vincent, La., Allyson Blaire Rice of Shreveport, La., Morgan Stafford  Smith of Gulfport, Lesleigh Gaye Wall of Jackson, Kaileigh Elizabeth Louise Trichell, Rebekah Bridges Conerly and Morgen Alyse Barber, all of Vicksburg. Kirsten Tackett of Vicksburg served as the proxy bride. Flower girl was Madelyn Joyce Kowen of Katy, Texas

The groom’s father, Barry Reynolds served as the best man.

Groomsmen were Ryan Dalton Bills of Cleveland, Joseph Charles Borrello of Vicksburg, Hunter Wayne Burford of Belzoni, Shelton Tyler Manus of Greenville, William Forrest Reynolds of Canton, Mark Lewis Wooley of Leland, Cody Parker Britt, Mr. Cody Wade Maxey and Mr. Dalton Rex Sykes, all of Indianola. Ushers were Jon Payton Hoffman of Tallulah, La., Hunter Lane Twisdale and Andrew Taylor Twisdale, both of Mason, Tenn. Robert Brayden Kowen of Katy, Texas served as ring bearer. Program attendant was Natalie McMillin of Vicksburg.

A reception was held at Grey Oaks Plantation in Vicksburg. Host couple was Alex and Paula Baylot of Vicksburg. Hostesses were Allison Cox and Catherine Cox, both of Vicksburg,  Machelle Crews and Claire Crews, both of Brandon.

The couple will make their home in Vicksburg. The bride and groom are both employed at Merit Health-River Region Medical Center.

A fiesta shower was held May 1 at the home of Angel Kurtz in Edwards. Hostesses were Kaileigh Trichell, Lesleigh Wall,  Klaire Miller, Mallory Edwards, Morgen Barber, Amanda LeBatard, Shelby Conerly, Rebekah Conerly, Ally Rice, Morgan Smith and Mrs. Angel Kurtz.

A pottery shower was held May 7 at the Anguilla Baptist Church. Hostesses were Daphne Branning, Penny Howle and  Mallory Edwards.

A miscellaneous shower was held May 14 at The Crown in  Indianola. Hostesses were Paula Jennings, Cherrie Lynn Britt, Cathe Lott, Vickie Chrestman, Danette Tannehill, Patricia Kelly,  Kim Maxey, Leah Ferretti, Mary Jordan Cowart, Nancy Pate, Paula Simmons and Carmen McCaskill.

A miscellaneous shower was held May 15 at Highland Baptist Church in Vicksburg. Hostesses were Paula Baylot, Kirsten Tackett, Bobbi Beard and Donna Simmons.
