Frances M. Parker of Vicksburg died Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Merit-Health River Region Medical Center. She was 70.

Frances was a member of First Pentecostal Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Josie Fletcher.

Survivors include one son, Bobby (Lisa) Parker of Vicksburg.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, at First Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Dathon Tipton officiating. Burial will follow at Yokena Cemetery under the direction of Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
