Billy Welch passed away Aug. 29, 2016, in New Iberia, La. He was 61.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Estell Hambright Bacon; and fathers, J.C. Welch and Billy Tedder.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Welch; daughter, Mandy Welch; brother, Tim Welch; and uncle Red Hambright.

A private memorial will be held.
