Two Jackson men accused of stealing from a business were held without bail Friday morning.

Patrick Scott, 36, and Bobby Amos, 46, were arrested around 4 p.m. Thursday and charged with felony shoplifting, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Just before 4 p.m., Scott reportedly walked in a business on the 600 block of U.S. Highway 80 and picked up a displayed commercial grade Stihl chainsaw with a 24-inch bar valued at more than $1,200, he said. Scott then ran out of the store with the piece of machinery and got in a white 2003 GMC Yukon driven by Amos, Pace said.
