Malcolm ‘Mac’ Brown

Malcolm “Mac” Brown died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at his home. He was 64.
Mac was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg, where he was retired from the Waterways Experiment Station as a high voltage electrician. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman and a diehard NASCAR fan.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Mac is survived by his wife, Judy R. Brown of Vicksburg; his daughter, Tonya Brown of Vicksburg; his son, Sammy (Rachel) Foster of Vicksburg; his sister, Charlene (Wayne) Hearn of Vicksburg; his sister-in-law, Patricia (Bill) Graham of Dudley, N.C.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016, in the chapel of Glenwood Funeral Home with pastor David Case officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Bubba Little, Bennie Shiers, Robert Selman, Wayne Grey, Cayce Lowery and Sidney Potter.
Honorary pallbearers will be Calvin Hearn, Jay Potter, Sam Landers, Billy Graham, Jason Graham and Michael Graham.
