A Vicksburg man has been charged with child pornography after his arrest Tuesday at the Vicksburg Police Department, Capt. Sandra Williams said.

William Holvmann, 66, was arrested about 5 p.m. Tuesday. He was released on $20,000 bond, according to Warren County Jail records.

Williams said the arrest is the result of a weeklong investigation into complaints Holvmann used a public computer to access child pornography websites.

She said a worker monitoring the computers found out Holvmann was accessing the sites and called police who began their investigation. When he returned to same site, the employee called police and he was arrested at the police station.
