Carraway is accused of burglarizing multiple locations in the Warriors Trail area over the weekend, he said.

At 1 p.m. Sunday a report was taken for an auto theft of a Chevrolet 3500 series dual wheel pickup on the 900 block of Warriors Trail. This vehicle is believed to have been used to commit some of the other crimes, Pace said.

At 3 p.m. Sunday, boots, tools and electronic equipment were reported stolen from an outbuilding on the 500 block of Warriors Trail.

At 8 a.m. Monday a Toyota SUV was reported burglarized on the 700 block of Warriors Trail.

Carraway is also believed to be responsible for at least one burglary reported in the city of Vicksburg Sunday, Pace said.

Lt. Randy Lewis spotted the stolen vehicle on the road Monday afternoon and pulled it over along with sheriff’s deputies. Deputies found Carraway driving the stolen vehicle, wearing boots reported stolen and recovered a strongbox containing money, a 44-caliber revolver, a 38 caliber Darrington and a 22-caliber rifle, Pace said.

Carraway gave an address of 3874 Mississippi Highway 27, but Pace said sheriff’s deputies discovered she had been staying in a motel on East Clay Street.

A search warrant was executed at the motel where many of the stolen items were found.

Pace said the Warren County Sheriff’s Office is working with the Vicksburg Police Department and the investigation is continuing.
