CLINTON — Helen B. Slay, 87, of Clinton, was called to join her Lord and Savior Monday, Oct. 31, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, L.O. and Ethyl Braden; her husband, Glyn S. Slay Sr.; and her son, C.E. (Buddy) Blackmon.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth DeRouen; son, Ron Blackmon; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are by Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton.
