Poor field conditions from Monday’s rain and the threat of more bad weather Tuesday evening has forced a number of Warren County high school sporting events to be postponed:

• The start time of Porters Chapel Academy’s home basketball game with Discovery Christian was moved up. The junior high boys’ game will begin at 4 p.m., followed by the varsity girls at 5 and the varsity boys after that. There will not be a JV girls game.
• Vicksburg High’s home soccer game against Forest Hill was rained out. No makeup date has been set.
• Warren Central’s home soccer game against Richland was postponed until Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
• Warren Central’s basketball game at Pearl was postponed and rescheduled for Thursday at 6 p.m.
• St. Aloysius’ soccer game at Jackson Academy was cancelled. It is not expected to be rescheduled.
• St. Al’s basketball game at Greenville-St. Joseph will be played as scheduled.
