Darrell Glasford Brown
Darrell Glasford Brown died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017. He was 59 years old.
Darrell was born in Hollandale. He worked for John Deere for 20-plus years in Rolling Fork. He was a member of Goodrum Baptist Church. He was a former racecar driver at Greenville Motor Speedway.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Barbara Brown; a sister, Marie Schaefer; and a brother, Richard Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Brown of Vicksburg; daughters, Courtney Palmer (Jeff) of Rolling Fork and Kim Pesina (Tino) of McGehee, Ark.; sons, Colby Ashley and Joshua Reeves, both of Vicksburg; two sisters, Debra Sumrall of Yazoo City and Joyce Brewer of Rolling Fork; a brother, Gerald Brown of Durant; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork.
