Dear editor,

I Just wanted to say that the story about Dak who was adopted from the animal shelter hit home. We adopted a little mutt named Lexie last year . She has brought us so much joy , love, and peace.

Please check out the shelter if you want an animal. They have the best to offer. Plus the worker there are amazing, caring and loving. They are truly the heroes in this town. They work so hard with so little.

I thank them from my heart.
