Willie James Kenney died April 5, 2017 at his residence. He was 72.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Kenney; daughter, Latarshah (Jaun) Rangel of Houston; step-son, Kelvin Bell of Vicksburg; three brothers, Harry Neal and Andrew Neal, both of Sacramento, Cali. and Ben Neal of Patterson, Cali.; two sisters, Elnora Neal of Tacoma, Wash. and Clarona Neal of Sacramento; three grandchildren, Jacob Rangel and Matthew Rangel, both of Houston and Kaylor Bell of Vicksburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with Dr. James Warren officiating. 

Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 1 to 6 p.m.
