Mrs. Watson was an excellent seamstress, making clothes and alterations for herself, her family and others.

She loved knitting and crocheting hand-made crafts, and baking rolls and goodies to share with her friends and family. She especially loved the members of her Sunday school class at Calvary Baptist Church.

She was a faithful member of the Acacia Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. Special recognition goes to those who were her care-givers, especially the staff of Promise Hospital of Vicksburg who took wonderful care of her.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home located at 1830 Cherry St. Vicksburg. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Springhill, La. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the hour of the funeral service on Tuesday,

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to her church family, Calvary Baptist Church, 2878 Old Hwy 27 Vicksburg, MS 39180, or her favorite charity, Shriner’s Children Hospital 3100 Samford Ave., Shreveport La. 71103.
