David was born May 16, 1974, in Starkville and lived most of his life and most of his childhood in Vicksburg. He graduated from Porter’s Chapel Academy excelling in every sport, especially baseball. He attended University of Southern Mississippi and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. 

David was generous, kind and fun-loving. He loved Mississippi State football, music, his friends and most of all, his family.

He was a marketing associate with Sysco Food Services. His professional achievements included being a three-time winner of the Circle of Excellence award, and he was a member of the Chairman’s Club. He served on the Vestry at the Church of the Holy Trinity, YMCA’s Men’s Board and numerous committees at the Vicksburg Country Club.

He is preceded in death by his father-in-law, John Wayne Jabour; and his grandparents, Edgar Coulon, Helen Coulon, James Weathersby and Jimmie Weathersby.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Lauren Jabour Coulon; parents, Margaret and Joe Coulon; sister, Sandra (Paul) Price; brother, Matt (Amber) Coulon; nephews, Tyler and Garrett Price and Matty Coulon; nieces, Kinley and Taylor Coulon; mother-in-law, Becky; and brother-in-law, Taylor Jabour.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of Holy Trinity. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, at the funeral home, and also Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brent Cappaert, Hunt Gilliland, Eric Hallberg, John Halpin Caldwell, Barry Palmertree, Garrett Price, Tyler Price, Joey Lyons, Neil Ferrell and John Scott.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rob Amborn, Bill Fulcher, John Duett, Will Hood, Brannan Southerland, Mike McMillan, Adam Fulcher, Rich Feibleman, Briggs Hopson, Andy Oaks, Phillip Doiron, Blake Teller and Austin Golding.

The Rev. Beth Palmer will be conducting the service under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.
