Mrs. Jackie Paulette Hewitt died Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, at the age of 64, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. She was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg, born on July 16, 1953. She was a dispatcher at Ergon Marine.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Joseph Moore; her mother, Vernie Moore; and her brothers, Vernon Nettles, Mack Moore and Alvin Brooks.

She is survived by her mother, Bobbie Jo Keeton of Tylertown; her significant other, Alex Mangum of Vicksburg; daughters, Kimberly Henry and Danielle Mangum of Vicksburg; son, Joseph Lee Geter of Vicksburg; brothers, Bill Moore (Liz) of Thompson, Ohio, Andy Brooks (Barbie) of Laurel, Jeff Moore (Anna) of Pacifica, Calif., Steve Moore (Karen) of Vicksburg and Marlvin Mullins of Tylertown; sisters, Sue Evans (Wayne) of Vicksburg and Becky Bossier (Gene) of Tylertown; and grandchildren, Ryan Price, Taylor Price and Hunter Price all of Brick, N.J.

A memorial service will be 3p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the hour of the service.
