Warren Central avenges loss to Germantown

Warren Central’s boys soccer team avenged one of its two losses this season by beating Germantown 2-1 on Tuesday.
Josh Griffin and Graham Tweedle scored for the Vikings, off assists from Brandon Gilliam and Braylen Greer, respectively. Tweedle’s goal in the 75th minute off a cross from Greer was the game-winner.
Warren Central outshot the Mavericks 14-7.
Germantown had beaten Warren Central 3-1 on Nov. 4, but the Vikings (6-2) have won six of seven games since then.
Warren Central will play at Greenville Saturday at 10 a.m.
