Linda Albin Multer

Linda Albin Multer died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at her home in Vicksburg. She was 75.

Mrs. Multer was born Dec. 17, 1941, in Lexington to the late Hughie Lee and Kate Helen Albin.

She was a graduate of Goodman High School and Delta State University. She worked as an American Society of Clinical Pathology registered medical technologist, retiring from River Region Medical Center after 40 years in her profession.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Multer is survived by two daughters, Allyson Williams (Howard) of Vicksburg and Callie Burton of The Woodlands, Texas; six grandchildren, Hayes Barber, Sloan Burton, Brayden Williams, Christian Williams, and Avery Burton; a brother, James Edgar Albin (Patsy) of Goodman; two sisters, Mary Katherine Young (Richard) of Ridgeland and Cynthia Bailey (David) of Meridian.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at Goodman United Methodist Church in Goodman with the Rev. Sylvia Blackwell officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Sloan Burton, Cole Johnson, Kyle Bain, Hayes Barber, Brayden Williams, and Christian Williams.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
