George Eugene Love Jr. “Peanut” of Vicksburg, went home Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017.
He was a graduate of Warren Central High School.
Peanut was an avid fisherman and hunter and was devoted to his sisters.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Cornelius Dee Love and Noah Alexander Love; his grandmother, Sharon M. Rials; step-grandmother, Martha Ann Quinn; his grandfather, Robbie Lee Love Sr.; great-grandmothers, June “Granny” Rials and Claudine “Mamaw” McCoy.
Survivors include his father, Gene Love (Angela); his mother, Christy Tharp (Darin); sisters, Ally M. Love, Leslie D. Love, Angel K. Love and Gretchen E. Love; stepbrothers, Tyler Tharp and Justin Ross; stepsisters, Beverly Darnell (Chris), Emily Renfroe (Joe) and Lindsey Ross; grandmother, Cricket “Nanny” Love; step-grandmother, JoAnn McPhaul and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernie Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Lee Love Jr., Trey Love, Patrick Townsend, Steven Mitchell, Travious Jackson, Brandon Muirhead, Alan Welch, Jake Page and Dalton Ross.
