A resident in the 1000 block of Locust Street reported Tuesday about 12:05 p.m. $202.95 in unauthorized debit card transactions were made on his debit card.

In another case, a woman told officers about 7:16 a.m. Tuesday she allowed some one to use their vehicle and the person has not returned it.

Police made the following arrests Tuesday:

• Erickel Donald was arrested about 2:34 a.m. in the 2300 block of Clay Street on charges of first-offense DUI, careless driving and having an expired or no driver’s license.

• James Arnold Watkins was arrested about 7:40 a.m. at the Vicksburg Police Department on a charge of contempt of court.

• Ricky Darnell Powell was arrested about 1:35 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 61 South and Signal Hill Drive on charges of disorderly conduct — failure to comply and three counts of contempt of court.

• Baylee Elizabeth Wallace was arrested about 1:50 p.m. at the Vicksburg Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

• Warrants were served on Jamie Sparks Friley about 4:09 p.m. in the 1000 block of Grove Street.

• Linda Denise Smith was arrested about 5:03 p.m. at the Vicksburg Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct — interference with a customer and disorderly conduct.

• Ronshina Shuvon Scott was arrested about 10:36 p.m. at Drummond and Realty streets on a charge of simple assault with hands and fist.
