Funeral services for Joe Louis “Lawdy D” Drayton will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, in the Chapel of W H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.

Mr. Drayton died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, at his home. He was 82.
