Marie Chambers Byrd died March 5, 2018, at Merit Health River Region. She was 95.

Funeral services will be noon Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Travelers Rest Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas E. Bernard officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday, March 9, 2018, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
