Funeral services for Jessie Lee McCoy will be Saturday, March 24, at the chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Jeff O’Neal officiating; interment shall follow at the Hickory Tree Cemetery.

There will be a visitation hour from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, March 23, at the funeral home.

Jessie Lee McCoy passed away March 19, 2018, at Merit Health River Region following a lengthy illness.  He was 69.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Augusta Anderson Sr.; his brothers, Eddie McCoy, Tommy Anderson and Curtis Anderson; and his sisters, Gloria McCoy and Breland Gross.

He is survived by his four brothers, Michael Anderson, Larry Anderson and Willie Anderson, all of Vicksburg, and Ernest Anderson Jr. of Winfield, La.; his sister, Emma Judge of Vicksburg; and a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; and others.
