A total of $300 was reported taken about 12:35 p.m. Monday from a car parked in the 200 block of Halls Ferry Road.

In other cases:

• A Mac Book laptop computer, 32-inch Vizio flat screen TV, a gold and onyx necklace with a cross, an external door, black lockable key box, house key, a key to a Honda Civic, PlayStation 2 console and $40 in change were reported taken about 4:06 p.m. from a home in the 1100 block of Belmont St.

• A woman reported Sunday she was robbed of $1,900 at gunpoint by a man riding with her in her car at the intersection of Interstate 20 and Halls Ferry Road.

• Shots were reported fired about 4:08 p.m. Sunday in the area of Ethel and Alma streets.

• Anthony Collins, 32, 51 Mimoso St., Cary, was arrested about 9:29 p.m. Friday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after six Ecstasy pills were found in hid car during a traffic stop in the parking lot at Halls Ferry Park.
