Miss Halley Jo Ragsdale died Friday, June 8, 2018, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. She was 86. Miss Ragsdale was active in the Vicksburg Theatre Guild and will be remembered for her performances in Gold in the Hills Melodrama. She retired from the Corps of Engineers and was an active member of Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at the Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church, 335 Oak Ridge Road, Vicksburg, MS 39183. Visitation will be Monday, June 11, 2018, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Riles Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Vicksburg Theatre Guild, Post Office Box  821472  Vicksburg, MS 39182.
