Henry Coleman, a Vicksburg resident, passed away Tuesday, June 5, at Merit Health River Region following a lengthy illness.  He was 74.

A memorial service will be Wednesday, June 13, at the chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home at 11 a.m.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Coleman; and mother, Alice Jackson.

He is survived by his wife, Flora Coleman of Las Vegas, Nev.; his son, Darrel Roy Coleman of Las Vegas, Nev.; his brothers, Bill Coleman, Charles Coleman, Bracy Coleman and Leon Coleman, all of Vicksburg; and his sisters, Willie Mae Jackson, Cora Ann Woods and Savannah Dixon, all of Vicksburg; and four grandchildren.
