Funeral services for James Charles Carson Jr. will be Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Greater Grove Street Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Repose will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.

Visitation will be Friday, June 22, 2018, from 1 to 7 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7 p.m. at C J Williams Mortuary Services.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his lovely wife, Mary Truitt Carson; one daughter, Laquanta Carson; one son, Fredrick Carson (T) and his mother, Margaret Evans; five sisters; three brothers; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
