Vicksburg police made the following arrests Wednesday:

• A warrant was served on Timothy Tyrone Tillman Jr., 28, 2614 Roosevelt Ave.

• Amelia Demeatrice Mixon-Johnson, 46, 1220 Prospect St., was arrested about 8:33 a.m. at the Vicksburg Police Department on a charge of harassing phone calls.

• Warrants were served Phennix London Givens, 43, 808 Meadow St.

• Alberta Albert Herron, 42, 739 Dabney St., was arrested about 10:31 a.m. in the 2300 block of Iowa Boulevard on a charge of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

• Hunter Alexander Burton, 42, 2408 Cherry St., was arrested about 6:42 p.m. in the 2100 block ov Iowa Boulevard on a warrant from another agency.

• Treshae Damon Mattews, 23, 2200 Short Main St., was arrested about 6:50 p.m. in the 2100 block of Iowa Boulevard on a charge of shoplifting.

• A warrant was served on Derrick Anthony Parker, 38, 3708 Halls Ferry Road.

• A red wallet with ID and $20, and an undetermined amount of change were reported taken about 8:05 p.m. from a car in the 2600 block of Franklin Street.

• A Ford F-150 parked in the 3000 block of Drummond Street, was reported ransacked about 8:33 p.m.

• A total of $2 in change was reported taken about 9:28 p.m. from a 2005 GMC SUV parked in the 3000 block of Short Cherry Street.

• A pair of sunglasses were reported taken 10:06 p.m. from a car parked in the 3000 block of Short Cherry Street.

In other cases:

• An LG washing machine valued at $900 and two carpet fans valued at $200 each, were reported taken about 8:03 a.m. Tuesday from Service Master, 2223 Grove St.

• A black Jacket was reported taken about 7:08 a.m. Tuesday from a Chevrolet Malibu parked in the 3100 block of Drummond Street.

Vicksburg police made the following arrests between Friday and Tuesday:

• Deshawn Travell Phillips, 21, 128 Elizabeth Circle, was arrested about 11:05 a.m. Tuesday at the Vicksburg Police Department on a charge of contempt of court.

• Jamarkus Jermaine Simmons, 23, 1077 Carnell St., Port Gibson, was arrested about 2:33 p.m. Tuesday in the 6200 block of U.S. 61 South on a charge of contempt of court.

• Warrants were served Monday on Robert Lee Devoils Fisher, 21, 320 Fisher Ferry Road.

• Karmen Jakim McCoy, 20, Jill Marie Circle, was arrested about 1:14 p.m. Monday at Washington and Kline streets on three counts of contempt of court.

• A warrant was served Monday on Jermaine Henry Rose, 28, 440 Lake Hill Drive.

• Hanna Rachel Collins, 25, 148 Sundance Circle, Richland, was arrested about 9:44 p.m. Sunday at Spring Ridge Road and Brooklyn on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

• Phillip Dewayne William, 29, 206 Freedom Lane, was arrested about 7:10 p.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of Halls Ferry Road on charges of no car tag, and driving with a suspended license.

• Warrants were served Sunday on Tiffany Sharday Jones, 26, 316 North Poplar St.

• Kenneth Neil Blackmore, 41, 1139 Gilmore Drive, Edwards, was arrested about 4:39 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Queens Street on a charge of contempt of court. He was also served with a warant.

• A warrant was served Saturday on Kendell Demond James 39, 2727 Alcorn Drive.

• Kenzie L.C. McField, 36, 711 Lake Harbor Drive, Ridgeland, was arrested on about 7:43 a.m. in the 1000 block of Warrenton Road on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Elicia Shanese Green, 25, 715 Covington Park, Jackson, was arrested about 2:44 a.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of Washington Street on a charge of trespassing.

• Antonio, Rodricco Hicks, 40, 550 Houston Ave., Jackson, was arrested about 12:10 a.m. Satruday in a charge of trespassing.

• Charles Ray Wesley, 47, 3700 Washington St., was arrested about 11:18 p.m. in the 1300 block of Washington Street on a charge of public drunkenness.

• Frderick Lynn Traylor, 44, 624 Queen Julianna, Jackson, was arrested about 8:32 p.m. Friday on charges of no proof of insurance, seatbelt violation, expired driver’s license and first-offense DUI.

• Portia Terrell Allen, 47, 310 Cedar School Circle, was arrested about 8:28 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Cedar School Circle on a charge of disturbance of family.
