VPD investigating Monday night shooting of juvenile

Vicksburg police are following leads as they continue their investigation into the Monday night shooting in the 100 block of Drusilla Lane that wounded a juvenile, Vicksburg police Sgt. Curtis Judge said.

The victim, who has not been identified, was shot about 9 p.m. Monday. He was treated and released from Merit Health River Region.

No arrests have been made in the case.
