Four arrested in drive-by shooting

Vicksburg police have arrested four people in the Monday night drive-by shooting of a 14-year-old in the 100 block of Drusilla Lane.
The teen was taken by a private car to Merit Health River Region, where he was treated and released, police said.
Arrested were:
• Rashad Jerome Neal, 23, 103 Hamilton Heights, drive-by shooting, attempted aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit a crime. He remains in the Warren County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
• Shamar Kevon Anderson, 17, 1314 Crawford St., drive-by shooting, attempted aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit a crime. He remains in the Warren County Jail in lieu of $90,000 bond.
• Tyree Lydell Miller, 19, 102 Elm St., drive-by shooting, attempted aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit a crime. He remains in the Warren County Jail in lieu of $60,000 bond.
• Lakiksha Shaunta Miller, 38, 103 Hamilton Heights, conspiracy to commit a crime. She was released on $25,000 bond.
Neal, Anderson and Tyree Miller were arrested Thursday, and Lakiksha Miller was arrested Friday. Their bonds were set by Municipal Judge Penny Lawson at an initial appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court Friday.
According to police reports, officers were called to Drusilla Lane about 9 p.m. Monday concerning a report of shots fired, and when they arrived were told the teen had been shot once in the leg.
Witnesses said a dark-colored vehicle rode through neighborhood and multiple shots were fired from the vehicle, which left the area at a high rate of speed. No one else was injured in the shooting.
The case remains under investigation.
