A weekly recap of the performances of college football and NFL players from Vicksburg-area high schools:

• Tennessee Titans cornerback Malcolm Butler (Vicksburg High) had one tackle in a 20-19 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

• Central Arkansas safety Michael Ware (Warren Central) had four tackles in a 38-17 victory over Northwestern State.

• Northern Colorado cornerback Paul Wilson (Vicksburg High) had two tackles in a 42-14 win over Northern Arizona.

• Southern Miss wide receiver DeMichael Harris (St. Aloysius) caught five passes for 25 yards, and had two rushing attempts for one yard in a 27-17 win over UTSA. Harris also returned two kickoffs for 85 yards, including a 79-yard return to set up a short touchdown drive in the second quarter.

• Southern Miss offensive lineman Drake Dorbeck (St. Aloysius) started at left tackle in the win over UTSA.

• Grambling linebacker De’Arius Christmas (Warren Central) assisted on three tackles in a 33-26 loss to Alcorn State.

• Ole Miss offensive lineman Ben Brown (St. Aloysius) started at right guard in a 31-16 loss to Auburn.
