A landslide threatening the main entrance road to Lady Luck Casino has forced casino officials to close it at its intersection with Warrenton Road.

The slide was discovered Friday and has exposed a portion of the roadbed in one area. Barricades blocked the entrance, and signs told patrons to use the casino’s other entrance.

City officials said the slide is on casino property. Attempts to contact casino officials about the problem were unsuccessful Saturday.
