Funeral services for Vellie Mae Wash will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at Highway 61 Bypass Church of God in Christ. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 6 p.m. at Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home, and at the church on Saturday from noon until the hour of service.

Mrs. Wash died Jan. 9, 2019, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. She was 82.
