Funeral services for Charlie “Big Jack” Jackson are to be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 2 p.m. in St. Paul M.B. Church, 2921 Norris Cooley Drive, Texarkana, Texas, 75501, with the Rev. T J Roberson officiating; interment shall follow in the Chapelwood Memorial Gardens in Wake Village, Texas.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 8, in the funeral home from 3 to 5 p.m.

Charlie Jackson passed away on Monday, Feb. 4, in Texarkana, Texas, following sudden illness. He was 66.

He was a production supervisor and member of the St. Paul M. B. Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mollie Brown Jackson of Texarkana, Texas; his four sons, Corey (Keely) Jackson Cedar Hill, Texas, Jason Jackson, Justin (Katreece) Jackson and Charlie Jackson Jr., all of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Krystal (Michael) Willis; a brother, James Jackson Jr., of Vicksburg; five sisters, Janie Thomas, Gertrude (Carl) Williams, Ora Carson, Lynda (Carl) Jackson-Smith, all of Vicksburg, and Annie (Preston) Jordan of Kinston, North Carolina; 10 grandchildren.
