Shirley M. Hall, a Vicksburg native, passed away on Monday, Feb. 11, in Chicago following a brief illness. A memorial service will be held at 10 am, Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, at the chapel of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
