According to Warren County Sheriff’s Office reports, one of the owners of the 3-Way BBQ on Fisher Ferry Road, told deputies one of his employees had been embezzling money from the business.

The man filed an affidavit with Warren County Justice Court accusing Warnock of embezzlement and a warrant was issued for her arrest Thursday.

Sheriff Martin Pace said Warnock turned herself in to sheriff’s investigator Todd Dykes Friday.

Pace said the amount of money reported taken from the restaurant is undetermined, pending further investigation.
