Funeral services for Dilcye Lee Williams (Parker) will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2019, in the Chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Johnson officiating.

Ms. Williams passed away on Friday, March 22, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center following a brief illness.  She was 84.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Divine; and her sister Ruby Hammon.

She is survived by her two sons, Clark Williams of Texas, and Craig Williams of California; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her sister Geneva Sarah Grissom; and her brother George Parker.
