James Howard

A Celebration of life has been scheduled for James Howard on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at 2 p.m. at the House of Peace Worship Church.

Mr. Howard will lie in repose at the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service. Visitation will be at C J Williams Mortuary Services from 1 to 4 p.m., and at the House of Peace from 5 to 7 p.m.

Mr. Howard transitioned this life on Thursday, March 28, 2019, in Brandon, after a lengthy illness. He was 63.

Mr. Howard was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. He was a professional truck driver for Falco Line for 19 years. He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his wife of 27 years, Samuelstine Regina James Howard; two sons, Lucious “Trey” Kimble III (Shawanda) of Brandon, and Thaddeus Howard of Vicksburg; four daughters, April Harris (Maurique) of Ridgeland, Brooke Howard, Tonya Freeman of Huntsville, Alabama, Rhonda Dorsey of Vicksburg; six grandchildren; a very loving mother-in-law, Geneva James Johnson; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and many relatives and friends.
